Overview
Dune Pour Homme translates the original Dune’s escape-to-nature idea into a green, woody fragrance.
It followed the women’s release in 1997, with Olivier Cresp and Jean-Pierre Béthouart credited as its creators. Fig gives this Eau de Toilette a distinctive direction within Dior’s masculine collection.
It is a fragrance in its own right, rather than a stronger or lighter edition of Dune. For anyone exploring the house beyond Sauvage and Dior Homme, it offers another side of Dior: relaxed greenery and soft woods, with a history stretching back to the late 1990s.

Worth exploring beyond Dior’s best-known names
The green, woody direction makes Dune Pour Homme worth a look if you want a break from sweet or heavily spiced masculines. Fig is a useful clue to its character, but it should not be confused with a sugary fruit fragrance. It is a more interesting choice to sample than to buy just because you already enjoy another Dior.
