Privacy Notice

Your information on Scentolio.

Information you provide

Ristozi LLC operates Scentolio. When you register, we store your email, username, display name and a hashed password. We use your email to verify your account and send account-related messages through Resend.

If you add a bio, avatar, review, rating, photo or list, we store that content to provide the feature you chose. We also keep moderation and security records to help protect the service.

What other people can see

Published reviews, ratings and public lists are intended to be visible to others. A review can show your display name even if your profile is private. Profiles marked public may appear in our members directory and search engines. Your email and password are not displayed publicly.

Pending or rejected review photos are available only to their author and administrators. Private lists are not listed publicly. Review-photo and avatar uploads are processed to remove embedded image metadata.

Cookies and service providers

We use an essential session cookie to keep you signed in for up to seven days. Signing out removes the session. Hosting, database storage, email delivery and security infrastructure support the service; these include Hetzner, Cloudflare and Resend.

If you follow a retailer link or choose to load an embedded third-party video, that provider handles the visit under its own privacy policy. Affiliate links can let a retailer or affiliate network attribute a purchase to Scentolio.

Your choices and requests

You can edit your profile and reviews through your account. Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of account information. We may need to verify that the request concerns your account.

Information is retained while needed to operate your account, provide published contributions, handle moderation and protect the service. Backup copies and records required for security or legal obligations may remain after a removal request. We will explain any relevant limits when responding.

This notice describes the current service. We will update it when our handling of information changes. Updated November 5, 2026.
