Overview

Aliénor Massenet gave Instinct a woody, spicy interpretation for the 2015 Gold Edition.

Citrus and aromatic freshness remain part of the idea, but the warm, dry woods give this version its focus.

Released a decade after the original Instinct, it arrived in gold-toned glass as another branch of the growing family. It is a separate Eau de Toilette composition, rather than a higher concentration of the first fragrance.

More than a gold bottle

Gold Edition is worth comparing with Instinct if you enjoy aromatic woods. Its gold presentation can look like a packaging upgrade, but it has its own composition. Buy it for that woody-spicy direction rather than assuming a gold label means a stronger or longer-lasting version of the original.
