Jérôme Epinette

Jérôme Epinette trained at the Grasse Institute of Perfumery before joining Robertet’s Paris office in 2003. In 2006, he moved to the United States to help launch the company’s New York Creative Center. His career includes close collaborations with niche fragrance houses such as Byredo, Vilhelm Parfumerie and Olfactive Studio.

Epinette has spoken about the creative freedom those partnerships offer and the inspiration he finds in the scents encountered in everyday city life. His work connects the technical grounding of his training in Grasse with contemporary fragrance briefs. Byredo Bal d’Afrique is one of his creations available to explore in Scentolio’s catalogue.
