Overview
L'Eau Papier takes the moment when ink meets paper as its starting point.
Fabrice Pellegrin created the 2023 fragrance for Diptyque, translating that quiet creative act into a soft, musky and woody character.
The idea fits a house rooted in art and illustration, and the bottle's black-and-white artwork keeps that connection visible. It is a unisex Eau de Toilette with a restrained, tactile theme rather than a story built around one spectacular flower. The paper reference describes the inspiration; it is not a claim that paper itself is a perfume ingredient.
