Overview
APOM Pour Femme is the warm, floral half of the original APOM duo: a fragrance built around the idea of leaving a little of yourself with someone else.
Its name stands for A Part of Me. Francis Kurkdjian introduced it in 2009, when he opened his own perfume house, alongside APOM Pour Homme. The pair shared an orange-blossom theme, with the feminine Eau de Parfum taking a creamier, more floral direction.
This is the original Pour Femme, with the gold-capped square bottle. The unisex APOM released in 2024 is a new interpretation bringing together aspects of the earlier pair. If you are returning to a fragrance you remember, the words Pour Femme on the bottle matter.

A softer side of orange blossom
APOM Pour Femme makes sense if you like florals that feel soft and rounded rather than sharp. Its appeal is that creamy, almost comforting character, with enough woodiness to keep it from feeling like a sweet body spray.
The catch is that its clean, powdery side can feel a little too much like fancy soap if that is not your taste. It is worth trying for the overall feel, not for a dramatic sequence of changes. And check the bottle carefully: the newer unisex APOM is a different fragrance.
