Overview
APOM Pour Homme offers a softer idea of a masculine fragrance: warm, floral and woody, with an emphasis on comfort rather than sharp freshness.
Released in 2009 as part of Maison Francis Kurkdjian’s first collection, it was one half of the original APOM pair. A Part of Me was the idea behind the name: a scent that could leave a personal trace with another person. Kurkdjian drew inspiration from a journey to Lebanon.
The Homme came as an Eau de Toilette in a silver-capped bottle, while Pour Femme was an Eau de Parfum. Both preceded the unisex APOM introduced in 2024. That later fragrance revisits the concept, but does not replace this original composition for someone looking for the scent they remember.

A floral worth trying beyond the usual fresh scents
This is an interesting option if you want to move away from sporty citrus scents without jumping straight into heavy woods. The orange blossom gives APOM Pour Homme a clean, gentle character, while the warmth underneath keeps it from feeling chilly or watery.
It still has a noticeable floral, slightly soapy side. If you want something rugged or very dry, that may be the sticking point. The appeal is its softness; buy it for that, rather than expecting a big, attention-grabbing fragrance.
